finding forms of layering and playing with ways to combine two things (and more)
in the 4 photos above i was thinking of bring together different items/combining/adding.
as well as that i might specifically do portrait shots. doing this may work in terns of framing an figure or up close shots.

merging is another abstract way to combine two or more images.
just the connection and the relation between the two subject has is a start then creating the work will configure itself.

I'm digging the use of layering images,
this allows you to put more information in one image
{using many images that may or may not relate to each other}
this image is composed of a gorilla and its habitat, a triangle and bird silhouettes.

My artist research
Jon Jacobsen
"Jon Jacobsen art photography comes from an artist based in Quintero, Chile, with a propensity for dark humour and surrealist imagery. He is twenty-three, self-taught, and also an illustrator. His Photoshop skill is apparent in many of the images, which use props and other décor elements, most often with a mythical or even religious theme. Lots of his pictures are jarring and even violent, even though they display no actual wounds or blood: just the suggestion of psychic aggression inflicted onto modern humans by an overly active society and its often absurd rules. His work speaks of utopias, anxiety and dreams and he often departs from a very specific concept when creating an image."

in his work i can myself creating work close to this because i have a feel for humour and board line dark humour depending on the audience.
the two above are strong pieces in the series, they have intense pose thats engaging.
well framed in shot and in shot effects(?).
in this shot i have concentrate to absorb whats happening. definitely taking my time to gather the information has enlighten my prospective, whether it was relevant to the other two above.

Jon is a great example of learning a skill your way, a camera is a tool and so how you wield it defines the work you make.
